Dr. Roger Moczygemba
MD, MHA
Founder & President
Dr. Roger Moczygemba is a dedicated health professional focused on addressing high healthcare costs. As a father of three from San Antonio, he implemented Direct Primary Care to make healthcare more accessible, transparent, and affordable. His initiative at Direct Med Clinic reflects his commitment to quality care for all.
A graduate of Texas A&M Health Science Center and trained in Family Practice in the Navy, Dr. Moczygemba has been pivotal in founding two national telemedicine companies. With experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care since 1994, he also co-leads the Free Market Medical Association’s San Antonio chapter.
Deborah Maldonado
Chief Administrative Officer
Deborah Maldonado, with over 30 years in healthcare and management, is the Chief Administrative Officer at Direct Med Clinic™. Holding an A.A.S. in Nursing, a B.S. in Healthcare Management, and an MHA, she joined the clinic in 2018, bringing her expertise in coordinating clinic performance. Known for her creative problem-solving and risk-taking abilities, Deborah excels in managing daily operations and fostering team relationships, crucial for the clinic’s success. Her extensive experience, medical knowledge, and strong communication skills make her an indispensable part of Direct Med Clinic™.
Operations Manager
Anthony Noriega, with 13 years in the medical industry and 9 in leadership, is the Operations Manager at Direct Med Clinic. His career began by establishing a fully functional Ancillary Department, demonstrating his operational expertise. A high honors graduate from the University of Texas-San Antonio, Anthony has been a San Antonio resident for 28 years. His primary goal at Direct Med Clinic is to ensure the best possible patient experience by prioritizing patient needs and attentively addressing their concerns. His approach reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence, crucial for the clinic’s success and patient satisfaction.
Medical Doctor
Dr. Marshall Packard, a wound care specialist with over 20 years in healthcare, enhances the Direct Med Clinic™ team. A University of Texas Medical School graduate, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University. His extensive career includes roles in emergency rooms, hospitals, and as a medical director since 2006, all while continuing his physician duties. Dr. Packard’s strength and dedication to patient well-being have made him a valuable asset to Direct Med Clinic™ since joining in September 2022. His expertise and commitment significantly contribute to the clinic’s success and patient care quality.
Medical Doctor
Dr. Robert Selvester, MD, a Family Medicine specialist with 21 years of experience, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (2002). He leads the Bio Bridge Global Clinic, an employer client of Direct Med Clinic, which he joined in August 2023.
At Bio Bridge Global, Dr. Selvester is instrumental in providing Direct Primary Care to employees, focusing on their health needs. He has ambitious plans for the clinic’s future, aiming to enhance employee healthcare through his expertise and innovative approaches. His leadership and medical skills make him a key figure in advancing healthcare services at Bio Bridge Global.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Marlene Palit, an APRN and FNP-BC, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion lies in her patient relationships. Driven by the desire to help people achieve and maintain health, Marlene’s approach is both personal and professional. She eagerly anticipates meeting new patients and guiding them on their health journey, using her expertise and care. Her commitment to patient health and well-being is evident in her enthusiasm for fostering lasting, impactful connections. Marlene’s role is crucial in ensuring her patients’ journey toward health is supported, informed, and compassionate.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Snoda Alahmad, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adults and geriatrics, graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston with a Master’s in Science, and later earned her doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio, focusing on reducing hospital re-admission rates.
With experience across various settings like acute care, post-acute care rehab, long-term care, and primary care, Alahmad has developed a comprehensive approach to patient health. She has notably served an underserved San Antonio community as a primary care provider, striving to bridge health gaps. Her passion lies in empowering patients to manage their health effectively.
