Dr. Roger Moczygemba
MD, MHA
Founder & President
Dr. Roger Moczygemba is a dedicated health professional focused on addressing high healthcare costs. As a father of three from San Antonio, he implemented Direct Primary Care to make healthcare more accessible, transparent, and affordable. His initiative at Direct Med Clinic reflects his commitment to quality care for all.
A graduate of Texas A&M Health Science Center and trained in Family Practice in the Navy, Dr. Moczygemba has been pivotal in founding two national telemedicine companies. With experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care since 1994, he also co-founded the Free Market Medical Association’s San Antonio chapter.
Deborah Maldonado

Deborah Maldonado RN, MHA
With over 40 years of experience in healthcare and management, Deborah Maldonado serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Direct Med Clinic™. A Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Deborah joined the clinic in 2018 and has since been instrumental in optimizing clinic performance and operational efficiency.
Deborah is widely recognized for her creative problem-solving, strategic risk-taking, and inclusive leadership style. She brings a deep understanding of both clinical care and business operations, which allows her to navigate complex healthcare challenges with precision and confidence. Her strength lies in managing daily operations, fostering collaborative team dynamics, and driving patient-centered outcomes.
Her extensive clinical background, combined with strong administrative expertise and communication skills, makes Deborah a trusted leader and an indispensable asset to Direct Med Clinic™.
Medical Doctor
Dr. Marshall Packard, a wound care specialist with over 20 years in healthcare, enhances the Direct Med Clinic™ team. A University of Texas Medical School graduate, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University. His extensive career includes roles in emergency rooms, hospitals, and as a medical director since 2006, all while continuing his physician duties. Dr. Packard’s strength and dedication to patient well-being have made him a valuable asset to Direct Med Clinic™ since joining in September 2022. His expertise and commitment significantly contribute to the clinic’s success and patient care quality.

Dr. Robert Selvester, MD, a Family Medicine specialist with 21 years of experience, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (2002). He leads the Bio Bridge Global Clinic, an employer client of Direct Med Clinic, which he joined in August 2023.
At Bio Bridge Global, Dr. Selvester is instrumental in providing Direct Primary Care to employees, focusing on their health needs. He has ambitious plans for the clinic’s future, aiming to enhance employee healthcare through his expertise and innovative approaches. Family Nurse Practitioner
Sherry Webber, a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, is dedicated to optimizing patient health through partnership and proactive care. Her approach emphasizes prevention of chronic illnesses and a deep understanding of each patient’s unique health needs. Sherry’s focus is on delivering individualized care, tailored to the specific requirements and health goals of her patients. Her commitment to understanding and addressing diverse health concerns enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
